[Gameplay and Client] Teleport, AI, Client Profile, and IP Bugs

I was just trying out Quinn in an intermediate bot game and I came across two bugs.

1. The first bug was Teleport graphics not showing up when my ally Thresh would teleport to a turret after I did (he was trolling me most of the game so he was always following me everywhere) My assumption is the animation of my teleport ending is overriding his animation, but its still bug so just though i'd report it.
2. The second bug was our Fizz being killed by bots after the victory screen had appeared. The bots were already attacking him before the nexus exploded, and after he was dead they stopped attacking and ran off like they normally do.
3. Im unable to view my profile in the playerside client.
4. Lastly I havent recieved any IP for my past three games; including my FWD, on May 8th with the last change to my IP being the purchase of Ryze before it froze.
