Launcher "catch 22" bug.

So a wonderful thing happened where i was selecting bans. after I chose my 3rd ban i decided to look at my masteries. Once i opened my mastery page the picture for hovering over a champ in select appeared and wouldn't go away. the only way to get rid of it is to hover over any other champion on the menu, but that was completely blocked by my mastery page. I couldn't close the mastery page because the champion picture was blocking the close button.

I got caught in a literal catch 22. Please fix your damn client. I don't like having to dodge a game cause your client decided it wanted to complete screw me.
