Ranked borders from 2018

I was told I would receive my ranked border from last season. I didn’t not get it. Riot told me it was a “bug” or in other terms system problem that they are trying to fix. They won’t give any more information. They said talk to the ranked team support. There is non, so I have to post on here. I was lied to, feel lied too as well as lost a huge amount of trust ,and respect for the word of riot. I asked if they where going to fix it and I got a response stating, “ we are doing everything we can to fix the issue, but it may not be physically possible.” Along with, “ sorry that we misspoke.” Please riot/ranked team developers. Don’t tell us one thing and deliver another. I played my heart and soul out to get the stuff I deserve, yet I’m not getting it now? Honestly makes me a little sick and wanting to uninstall the game, even tho I have years and hundreds put into it. Please make this right and fix the “bug” and or tell me if you guys are singling people out. My friends got borders yet I didn’t. I got a skin and a player icon. That is it. My friends all had actual bans and still ended up with borders yet I got 1, no more no less, 1 chat restriction and now I get “half” of the rewards. It’s actually rediculouse. I was told 30 times by riot I would receive it, and not they basically said “oops”. Not how that works riot, it was even posted on your website mind you. Legit on your page says that players will receive all rewards. I waited legit 5 months just to hear”sorry you don’t get it, it’s a big and we probably can’t fix it”. I feel like that’s even a lie so people don’t tilt on the support chat. Make it right please. (Also have chat logs if you need proof of anything that is said) thanks, very upset player.
