Cannot Use Abilities Upon Entering a Game (GAMEPLAY)

When entering a match, i have gotten locked out of my abilities 2 games in a row. None of the alphanumeric keys work such as QWER or 1234 but if you change they hotkeys to non alphabetical keys such as , or . or / the skills will work again.

While this issue is happening i can still pres ENTER, and have a normal conversation with my team, meaning the problem is not my keyboard. My mouse works fine as i can move around the map and auto attack, but numbers do not work. I use a Razor Naga Epic Chroma as my mouse and it comes with 12 map-able buttons on the side buttons 1 through 9 on the mouse act as shortcuts to the numbers on the keyboard, when this bug happens number keys also stop functioning.
