[CLIENT] Game Client Goes Black After Accepting and Entering Ranked Game

I got into a ranked queue as usual and accepted the game, and when everyone accepted and got into the champion-select, my client screen went all black and I could not do anything but exit out of the client. It counted as a dodge and I lost 3 LP, but there was nothing I could do. Also, right before entering the queue, I remember the bottom right side of the client (where there are current games showing) displayed "disconnected" or something similar. After this incident, no games show inside that box. This is on the Mac OS client and happened once so far.
