[Gameplay] Red Buff Aggro Bug in Last Promo Game

I am playing as Jax, and my duo who is Rakan so happened to record this. I start red side as bot leashes me, and I notice that the red buff would just walk out of the camp and towards botlane. Before I realize that it was aggroing Jhin, Jhin already left to catch the minion wave. I tried CCing it with Jax counter strike, but it still aggroed Jhin, and then proceeded to walk down and then reset its health. Me being a lvl 1 Jax, I had to wait until 8 minutes into the game, where I had to get Jhin to leash me again. This was in my last promo game, and this caused me to waste a good 3 minutes the beginning of the game, and lose all pressure in the jungle. I was behind on exp, gold, and temp due to me not being able to kill the red buff. Is there any compensation I can receive for something so fundamentally game breaking.
