Braum's Q was invisible?

So i was playing a game yesterday - in the bot lane, and the enemy Braum's Q's were invisible. You could still see the like chilled air effects that follow behind the ram's head - but you couldn't see the ram's head. The same problem was happening to my support, but the rest of my team said they could see them? It got pretty irritating in the end because being able to see the effects gave you a clue it was coming, but it was too late because you were already slowed..
