Mordekaiser W

I'm a Mordekaiser main and I think some facets of creeping death, his w, don't quite work right. Mordekaiser's W seems to have some weird interactions. One, sometimes it does not hit certain minions in the circle, and I think this has something to do with the way in which double hits cannot happen was implemented. Two, sometimes shortly after triggering his w early while near a minion that doesn't die the autoattack that comes immediately after exploding the shield will run through its animation, but not actually deal any damage.
