[SUPPORT WEBSITE] Cannot log into support website.

I wanted to report an issue via the support website: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

However, it said I needed to login. I entered my name and password and after a second it brought up a page that said:

You have been signed out.

Then after another second is brings up another page that says:

We were unable to connect to the support site. Wait a minute or so before trying again.

I have tried different browsers and computers, and all do the same thing. Other League sites work fine and accept my name and password.

It's hard to report an issue when the reporting service seems broken!
