[GAMEPLAY] New Sion Bug?

I was playing a 5v5 match and in late game i was unable to activate any abilities at first then hydra stopped working as well. As how any of these things happened i'm not to sure but they seemed to start after i ulted through another sion ulting and hit his team

Seems to be a running theme with the Ravenous Hydra on Sion. Sion item 3074
