Champion Shard reroll

So I hope that this is actully a bug and I'm not jsut mistaken. I got 3 Akali CHapion shard, click on them, choose Reroll into chapion permanent, they jumt into that wheel and I can¨t find any reroll button or so. Am I doing anything wrong?
