Client Problems

Ive uninstalled the games around 4 times but whenever i log into my account the client is pitch black sometimes with the blue strip for the chat on the right side, i know im not the only one with this problem as the same thing is happening to my mates, any recommendations on fixing this problem? Ive tried do disable the high DPI thing and ran it as an administrator, gone through troubleshooting on my pc, been looking at different solutions at the baord but nothing helps been trying to fix this all day xD. Any help would be kindly appreciated.
