Name Change Ip Bug.

I Now Have 14k Ip on my account and its only needed 13,9k to change the name, but when i want to change it it appears on the amount in the name change box that i only have 13,7k.

please fix this i really want to change my name. can anyone help me please?

you should use RP if you cant use IP

i just need to know how to fix the bug, its stupid to use rp for that sorry to say.
