Hextech Crafting Crashes Client, Bad Interaction with Plays.TV

It seems that recently, whenever I open the Hextech Crafting tab, my client immediately crashes. After some digging on other forum posts, I tried force quitting my Plays.TV client from the task manager, and Hextech started working again! Opened Plays.TV back up, clicked the crafting tab, and immediate crash. It's pretty safe to say there's some broken interaction between the two clients, and since it's the League client that crashes and not Plays, this makes me think it's on Riot's end. Technically, this bug is solved since the workaround is to close Plays.TV when doing hextech, but I want to post this as many places as possible to get Riot to look into it, because it's a small bug they might overlook but it is pretty tedious for a lot of people, and for people that don't know to close Plays, it's almost impossible to do crafting, since Plays.TV by default opens when you open the League client, so the hextech option is, in essence, nonexistant for a lot of people
