Tiny Cursor in 3000*2000 resolution

There is a problem with 3000*2000 resolution in game where the cursor size is tiny (1/3 of a melee minion's size)

The cursor size is normal if I run league under 1920*1080

Tried HRT, in-game mouse size is max, firewall disabled, reinstalled, disabled full screen optimization...Pls fix it on your end thx...
