Season 4 Reward Banners not fully covering default banner/border lines [CLIENT]

I was ranked in Gold in Season 4, and the Gold banner does not fully cover the original banner/border lines (you can tell that the banner covers the original and that the original is in fact behind it). 2 blue lines show up on the bottom portion near each corner as seen in the "LOL Banner Error (G)" file.

A friend of mine was ranked in Diamond in Season 4, and the Diamond banner does not fully cover the original banner/border lines. 2 gold corner lines show up in the bottom left and right corners as seen in the "LOL Banner Error (D)" file.

Turtle the Cat (WildTurtle's account currently ranked as #1 in Challenger) was ranked in Challenger in Season 4, and the Challenger banner does not fully cover the original banner/border lines. 2 blue & gold (My highschool's [St. John Bosco] colors' so I can't be upset even if it is for Challenger border) show up on most of the left and right sides of the banner as seen in the "LOL Banner Error (C)" file.

I checked the profile of a friend who was ranked Platinum in Season 4, and the Platinum banner covered the original banner/border lines completely.
