bought RP and didn't recieve it

So, today I bought some rp using mastercard, and I didn't recieve anything. Tried it again, this time with a lower amount, didn't recieve anything either, but my money was taken off from my card. Any ideas?

Submit a ticket instead of posting it to the boards.

Submit a ticket. DONT charge back. You'll get your account permabanned.
