I bought Cassiopea,and I had 6,507 IP, but when I bought her, I ended up with -3093 IP instead, and Cassiopea only cost 4,800. Please fix this. I don't want to lose all 0ver 2,00 IP!

Hi FINNTHEHUMAN180,

I believe this is a visual bug more than anything. Can you please try the following:

Log out and back into the client. Does it still show negative?
Try to make a purchase in the store, going as far as where it tells you what you have vs what it costs, and what you'll end up with. Does this display the negative too?

If after doing these two things you're still looking at negative, send a ticket to http://support.leagueoflegends.com for Riot to take a look.
