Cant reconnect to chat!!

I cant reconnect to chat and my three buddies cant too. I can play solo game but I cant make a party so please fix this bug/problem fast and somebody know how to fix this. Thank you if you fix the problem.

I really want to play with some friends of mine, but i cant reconnect it's really irritating. Please fix this bug as soon as you can...
