The 5 minute leaverbuster is not too serious. I wouldn't fret about it. It's when you get nailed for 2 of them in a row on the same day that you actually have to worry - that's where you start losing LP for the "dodge".
It's the queue dodge timer where it kicks in if you dodge a queue in some way which can be simply because your client froze and disconnect and you got booted out.
The dodge timer scales the more times you dodge in a short period of time. The first is 5 min, and it goes to 10 min and 15 etc I think. I don't know when it will reset, I assume it's after 24 hours but don't quote me on it.
It's a part of the leaverbuster system, and not the player behaviour punishment system and being leaveer-busted doesn't mean you're banned. That dodge timer is mostly just there so that people can't troll and paralyse the matchmaking system by repeatedly queuing and dodging every single successful queue.
You just wait it out and re-queue.
