PvP.net (CLIENT)

My Client and i have heard others have the same problem and i have tried multiple things to fix this as well. As soon as I open the client It says i disconnect from pvp.net but it reconnects eventually. I often miss queues with friends because it doesnt even connect me into the queue so i get no chance to accept or deny it. When i am in queue sometimes it disconnects long enough to a point where i cant select a champion (Ive lost alot of LP this way) but to sum the problem up pvp.net wont keep a stable connection.
