Missing chest and key (+riot support website)

Alright, so I had a glitch when i went to open a chest, where the client lagged out, causing me to lose the item i would have gotten. Is there any way to fix this? also when i tried to make a support ticket, it said you must select a language, but when I try, no languages show up
