When my Smite is on Cooldown, a blue line flickers across my screen. UNPLAYABLE. PLEASE HELP!

So I went into a custom game right after I logged in to try out the new jungle with bots. Everything was fine and dandy. I go to red buff to solo it, and when I smited it, this blue line flickered from top left to bottom right of my screen. I thought it was a one time bug and shrugged it off. I redid my custom game, same stuff, went to red buff, and the instant I smited it the blue line appeared again. I then changed my settings. I tried higher settings, I tried lower, I tried taking off colorblind mode, I tried pretty much every option that is available to change, and nothing got rid of it. When smite is on cooldown, the blue flickering line comes out of smite icon on the HUD and goes up to the top left of my screen. It is a huge distraction, and I simply cannot jungle with this bug.

So Anyways I ended up finding a fix. Go into device manager click the display adaptors. And roll back your drivers. That is what fixed mine. thank god

I can tell you this is happening to me to I tried to repair and uninstall and reinstall and it solved nothing

I've been having this same issue since the latest patch. While smite is on CD the clock-like cooldown display lines are bugged out. They both flicker quickly, one to the very top-left corner of my screen, one to my champion.

Repair and reinstall do nothing. Fairly sure it's not just normal missing/corrupt stuff being replaced by the blue, it's the CD lines bugging out and they happen to be that color. summoner 11

I'm having the same problem. It is a huge distraction and I can't think of what to do to get rid of it..

Having same exact issue of flickering lines across the screen when Smite is on CD. I have tried the repair suggestion to no avail as well and rolling back and updating my drivers respectively. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still happens. Please look at this issue Riot!

Blue lines?

Sometimes, when textures or icons get damaged, they get replaced by blue textures or blue boxes, generally a dark blue. When this happens, the most surefire fix is to go onto your Launcher, look at the top right corner and find 2 gears, and click "Repair". This repairs all the damaged files on League, but it will also delete any custom item sets you have. It will also take a while to do (It takes my computer half an hour, for example).

I can't say I've ever heard of flickering lines though...
