Camera viewpoint (fixed/movable) bugs after this patch?

I've been experiencing an issue after this recent patch, where my viewpoint somehow "locks" into either fixed or movable mode. It has happened twice in a row when I moved my map view away from my position to read the map and then pinged on the part of the map I was looking at. I've tried on both Windows and OS X, and the same issue happens. I've tried to bind controls with focus on champion and toggle fixed/movable, but nothing resolved it. This seldom happened before this patch, but it happened only once per 100 matches. After this patch, I've been experiencing it every time I play (2 losses in a row because I couldn't read the map at all.) Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, I used a hot key (Spacebar) to lock and unlock my camera on my champ but now it doesn't work. When i hit spacebar it locks onto my champion, but then when i let go, it becomes unlocked. As an ADC, it's important for me to unlock and lock my cam fast when i'm using my abilities. This randomly happened a couple of days ago after the recent patch. I don't know how to fix it. Now i have to keep the cam locked on my champ when I hit the lock option on top of the mini map.
