So, my client has been crashing during the loading screen, and today it just straight out dc'd me like, 10 minutes into my kindred urf game. The dc was due to comcast, but not the crashing.

Hey there!

If you continue to experience game crashes, download and run the Hextech Repair Tool. When running the HRT, make sure to check the "Reinstall" box and click Start. This will repair game files that may be causing game instability.

If you continue to have issues after a reinstall, send a Support Ticket over to Riot Support explaining the issue. Make sure to provide the Hextech Repair Tool logs in your ticket.
