Game not letting me accept then get penalty for not accepting

I've been using the old client for a while, then eventually it automatically installed the new client, since then i can't accept a single game (really frustrating). Sometimes it will bring up the accept box for 0.00001secs in which I'm not Faker so can't do it in time. Most of the time it just throws me back to the main menu until i eventually get a penalty as the game think I'm just declining games for fun. I've tried Unistalling using CC cleaner then re-installing but still no joy.
