Warwick Ult + Q combo bug. Gameplay problem

Immediately after ulting a champion, Warwicks Q goes on an invisible cooldown without being used. I have been using Warwickk in every game I've had the chance to with around 3-5 games average a night + whatever amount of time I have on the weekend and is a big issue when trying to secure a kill or using it to sustain.

Also doesn't happen often but has happened a few times is warwicks W goes on silent cooldown as well. I've been trying to figure that one out as well but have yet to come across it again in the past few days.

Warwick "Lets make this fun" Really applies here. Because it's not very fun to have my Q on cooldown when I need it. item 2049 item 3070 everytime.

Riot has known for like 2-3 months and doesn't care.

It's not actually a "silent cooldown" though.

Your Q is being cast, it's just not DISPLAYING the cooldown. Sometimes you might not notice (because it casts RIGHT after your ult, sometimes so fast you can't see the animation), but it is definitely being cast (I play AP Warwick and it is very noticeable).

tl;dr cooldown display timer is bugged, not the spell.
