New bug with kai sa?

I was playing a game of twisted treeline (normals) I was in the bot lane playing galio. I dove the enemy kai sa under her tower level 2 when she was low health for the kill. My teammate nocturne was also there. I used my dash and q. Right when we went in on her, the entire game crashed. My ping shot up to over 3000 and everyone on our team disconnected. I was not able to get back into the game. Eventually when I could reconnect to league, I dont think the game was active anymore. It never appeared on my match history
