[CLIENT] Arclight Vel'Koz' -28% RP off is a lie

[CLIENT] Arclight Vel'Koz' -28% RP off doesn't actually subtract even though it says so

I bought arclight Vel'Koz and instead of it costing 975 it took the whole 1350 off of my RP, I tried restarting the client but that didnt fix it. i remember my RP to be just a little over 4100, now it's 2845 --> 2845 + 1350 = 4195 Am i the only one experiencing this? Could i maybe atleast get a refund or something like that?
