Sivir's spell shield does not block Gnar's boomerang fully.

Gnar's boomerang triggers Sivir's spell shield and damage get blocked as normal, but the boomerang's return still hits sivir, as if the first hit did not register. I feel like this behaviour is inconsistent with how the boomerang usually works, in that the boomerang can only hit the same target once.
