[CLIENT] New Client: Spectate option not greyed out / hidden while game is patching

Steps to reproduce:

1. Downgrade to an outdated version of game on current new client version (however you do that) or have a 7.3 version handy.
2. Log in
3. Try to spectate a friend while the game is being patched. When clicking the context menu entry nothing happens (makes sense) but it is not greyed out .

Reproducibility:

Could only reproduce a few times on initial login, due to game patching finishing and spectate functionality becoming available.
