LOW PRIORITY QUEUE KEEPS RESETTING WTF

Ok... so last night I wasted about an hour of my life waiting to get into a game. It goes from 20 mins to 8 Minutes and then BAM resets back to 20 MINUTES! This happened about 4 times until I gave up because it was pissing me off.

NOW.... I am trying to get into another game and BAM the same BS again! Goes from 20 minutes to 5 minutes and RESETTED. So then I quit League, Restarted my connection, reopened it and now the same thing just happened!!!!!

Please do not tell me its my connection because it is not my connection at all. I get like 19 ping in game, and my connection is extremely fast there is no reason for this BS to be happening!!!

I am on my last low priority Q and I cannot get into my last freaking game over this! This is some BS!!!! FIX THIS WHAT IS THIS!!!!
