Shyvana's E in Dragon Form [GAMEPLAY]

When is in Dragon Form her E does not mark the target properly. If you are close to the target and press E, the animation goes through but nobody gets marked. This issue is only when is on Dragon Form, not in human form.

This bug occurs when used against minions and champions.
