I've noticed a problem with Jarvan's E in recent patches. If you cast E and then Q very quickly, sometimes the E is not registered and Jarvan only casts the Q. This was reproducible with the both the E in the casting range and out.
I tried doing casting Q and then E in quick succession, and did not encounter any issues.
Is that with or without smart/quick cast? If you aren't smart casting, then you're probably just canceling E's targeting circle thing by casting Q. Otherwise, it might actually be a problem.
I'm using smart cast and whenever I press EQ, Q gets buffered and automatically casts as soon as the flag hits the ground. Pressing QE will just cast both at the same time and will not do the combo. In this video I perform EQ EQ QE QE EQ EQ. Watch the cooldown timers and note how when I do QE both come out at the same time, but when I do EQ the Q comes out late.
