Annie vs Yasuo

When Annie has a stun charged and uses q and the yasuo deflects it with windwall, is the stun supposed to be taken or it is refunded like it never happened? If this the case, then why does banshee and spellshield not refund the stun? Everytime when i have played yasuo today the windwall stops the annie stun q however she still has a stun after the cast.
