Ranked game not showing in client match history, but it shows online

I won a ranked game and the screen was stuck on the "waiting for stats" page for 5 min so I relogged and the game did not show in my match history and I did not gain any LP. However when I clicked "view full match history" the game shows up there. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/43970782

Edit: Alright, the game shows up now and i have my LP. 10 min delay, i am unsure if that is normal or if that was a bug

Same exact issue. I won my series but it's not showing up in the client, however it does show on my match history online.

same exact problem and glad to see its not just me this is happening to. just won a ranked game and it took me to my PREVIOUS game's score screen. no LP added, nothing in my match history about the game.

im entering an ARAM game now to see if that will prompt the system into logging the game

Edit: good news was after the ARAM game the ranked game i played was added to my match history and i got my LP. bad news is the problem is still happening. every score screen i get is from my PREVIOUS match. rito pls

won a game, got the "waiting for stats" screen and since it was taking more than 30 secs i skipped and went to profile to see how much lp i gained, didnt gain anything and the match wasnt in my history

Had the same exact thing happen to me though it was with a normal match. Very odd.

The Same thing just happened too me.. I just won a ranked game and after it finished, I was stuck in "waiting for stats" screen for a good 6mins before I skipped waiting and when I went into my profile, my LP didn't change, nor did that match show in the match history section. Help on this would be appreciated.

Happened to me as well, but I just ended up queuing for another game regardless. At the 2nd game's result screen it showed the previous game's LP loss (-14) but showed the current game's completion status "Victory". Something is very buggy...

I just won my ranked match as well. It doesn't show up on the client or my lolking profile but it shows up on the online match history page.

Same here, I was a bit laggy so i tried to open the client again but it didn't appear the reconnect window, it just opened game lobby and i cound't play again the same match :'( item 3070

Same thing here. Last promo of series. Won it. Client stuck in "Waiting for stats" screen. Clicked out of it and when I checked match history there was no sign of the game having been played. Promos also incomplete although it should have completed.

Problem I'm having is the end game stats page doesn't load forever so I hit skip. But then randomly in the middle of my next game my fps drops to 6 and I lag like hell. I try to leave and reconnect to the game and when I hit leave game instead of going to the reconnect button it takes me to the end games stats page of my previous game. Then I have to restart the whole client to get back into my game. Happened twice just now.

Same here... I started at 90 LP, won a game and then i was stuck on "waiting for stats" and then ranked went down. The match wouldnt show up in my match history and I was still at 90 points. After 20 minutes or so, ranked came back online so i played a game, lost it and now im at 75 LP. The recent lost game shows up in my match history, but the previous victory (which should have put me at promos) is still not showing up.

I won a ranked match last night and had this happen about 17 hours ago (occurred around 2 AM EST, currently 7 PM/19:00 EST). It had happened earlier in the day as well, but the match would show up in the in-client match history and I would receive any LP gain or loss shortly thereafter. In this case, however, I still don't have the LP nor does the win show up in my match history in the client. When I got out of the ranked game there was a notice in the client that ranked queues had been disabled while they looked into the bug, but I would still expect to get credit for a ranked match that started beforehand. As seems to be the case with everyone else, the match does show up in my online match history.

Same here. My win from yesterday did not show on history in client but it does show on league history webpage. It's been 20 hrs and still no LP given for that win.

RIOT: Please fix and add the LP won to my account.

Mine's been almost 2 days now and I haven't played a ranked game yet to wait for the LP to go up but it still hasn't been fixed. Hi I just played a 40 minute ranked game and won as viktor my mastery went up i checked my lp it was the same and i didnt have it in my match history and it wasnt there. I then proceeded to look online and it was there. After i checked online and refreshed the page and it was gone. Help pls
