[GAMEPLAY] Veigar stun not working properly

When someone tries to dash through Veigar's cage, the champ is supposed to stop when it touches the cage. This includes displacement abilities like Vayne E, Tristana R, and more. When Vayne condemns an enemy through the cage, the enemy should stop when they touch the cage, but goes through instead. It happened a few times in my game and is not working as intended.
