[GAMEPLAY] Unable to buy skin in lobby

While in ARAM, if you own a champion, the feature to unlock a skin while in the lobby for a champion you own, while having sufficient RP ahead of time does not work. It will load the champion's page, but say "Unlock the Champion" even if you already own it. Not sure if the glitch carries over into Normals or 3v3s, have yet to try it.
