Ezreal's W Hitbox

It seems as though Ezreal's W has more range than it appears when fired. Forgive me for not having a screenshot or anything to show; but you could easily go in a custom and see when Ezreal casts W and the target appears to be too far away for the ability to connect, it does anyway. I'm not sure if this really is a visual bug, or I'm just salty about being hit when I'm clearly out of range. (Note: This wasn't a one time occurrence, it happened constantly throughout the game. I was playing Zed if it means anything.)

Actually I'd say most skill are like that, both the animation of the skill itself and for the aimer thing when casting a skill. I've noticed this for a long time and just gotten used to it. Many people don't notice this because they smart cast; but skills like Mundo's Q actually shoot much farther than the skill shows when aiming and the cleaver actually has a very wide hit box for such a thin blade :p

Not like they will go around and adjust all of these things to they have always been that way you just get used to it.

If you notice the animation for Ezreal's W goes till the indicator arrow begins to narrow, but the damage applies to the tip. I think it has something to do with that.
