Ward Skin Missing

So I had a Lantern of the Serpent ward skin and it has disappeared on me; no longer available during champ select, or in store. A few days ago I switched to another ward, but now I cannot change it back, the skin has completely vanished.

Anyone got any wise ideas?

Communicate with Riot’s Account Support Centre.

The primary category is already chosen.
Under the secondary select Account.
For the tertiary category select Missing Stats.
