Jhin Spectator Bug

Really simple bug. In spectator mode, Jhin's ult cooldown doesn't display properly. It only shows the initial cooldown of the ult until the ult is back off cooldown

Example 1. Jhin uses all 4 shots, shows the full duration cooldown until his ult is back up (ult color is dark), to which his ult lights up again
