unable to connnect to chat, you may reconnect manualy. help pls!!

i played just fine yesterday but now it wont let me log into the game chat so i can play with friends or at least see who is on and i also cant type in the game champ select i have searched the internet everywhere and have tried several things cuch as changing the date reinstaling league disabling ip helper an a few more things. someone pls help =/

Another Texas user here, Just north of Houston. my ISP is Comcast if that helps. This occurred around 12-1AM Central Time and has persisted throughout the day. Please Advise!
