Soundless Highlights??

I already checked on here to see if someone else had made a post covering the same issue as I have. Didn’t find what I needed so I decided to make one myself!

I had a game as Ekko, and I did a mediocre Ekko play, which I was quite proud of. I saved the clip, and tried to watch it to make sure it was perfection. The issue was, the sound was missing. I recorded it (took a while) two more times, one with my headset unplugged, none of them worked. I had downloaded lots of highlights before, and when I went to check them they still had sound, but my new ones did not. Nothing has changed on my actual computer, but LoL has updated so maybe that has something to do with it? My other clips have a white sound button at the bottom right, which I can adjust to change the volume, but the new clips have a grey sound button with a slash (/) over it. I cannot click the slash and the sound is turned on (I can hear the other clips’ sounds) so I can’t figure out what’s wrong. Something about having a highlight without sound is bothering me, but if I can’t find a solution, I can probably handle it.

Another issue with recording highlights, that I’ve found, is that the replay keeps crashing, forcing me to sign out of my computer and sign back in to it and LoL again.
