Yasuo bugs after patch 5.14

I want to report several problems with yasuo, that experienced players have noticed (The Shy, Voyboy, etc.), I may not be a high elo yas, but I certainly have over 400 games with him, and can feel totally the difference, this problems are more obvious since patch 5.14:

-Yasuo combo E+Q doesnt go off sometimes -After dashing with E, Yasuo feels slugish if you want to repeat another E dash. -Many times, auto attack doesnt go off after dashing with E, so you have to E (dash), click to walk then auto attack. -Yasuo's ulti doesnt go off sometimes even if its a long state knock up and you press 2 or 3 times R. -In general, Yasuo doesnt feel smooth to play anymore.

Hope Riot pays attention to this. Thanks. And Im also looking toward if someone else is feeling this bug, please comment. Thanks.

I have many hours and games on yasuo, and when i played him yesterday i experienced all of the above during my game. And you know how much ive played that champ... i agree with all of these listed bugs.

I had that AtkSpd Bug also with Master Yi. His AtkSpd was so slow, that you could have think that his AtkSpd is like without Items.MasterYi Yasuo summoner 31 item 3070
