This is what happen to an account after Transfering from NA server to OCE sever?

So I saw this to my account after a free transfering from NA server to OCE server (it was a promotion when NA server moves to Chicago). After I tried reinstalling lol client basically clean up everything redownloading then reinstalls it 2 times, it has looked like as you can see.

It is so intreasting that my other OCE accounts which didn't' transfering servers logging in the same MAC doesn't have this problem at all, any advices would be apperciated.

Update: I post this on OCE board and I saw my account is still on NA server which is wired (Figure 4). Really need a teleport CD tho.summoner 12

I have this exact problem, transferred from NA to OCE, though it had occurred after I had repaired my client. My Item set tab is also bugged, All of the words are stacked upon each other and I cannot create any Item sets.
