His Q procs on-hit effects.

Therefore it does not proc on-spell effects.

This is how the ability has always worked. No reason for it to behave differently for Luden's Echo.

So much headache in one post.

Luden's Echo only triggers off magic damage done by abilities. Ezreal's Mystic Shot does Physical Damage.

Fizz's Q triggers Luden's Echo as it does magical damage. Cho'Gath's E triggers Ludens as the ability is treated as a 0 mana cost toggle spell.

Where as Nami's E wont trigger the proc as the damage is done through autos. And Akali's E doesn't proc it since her E does physical damage.

So you're looking for 3 things. It's a spell. The damage is done through the spell. It does magic damage. If these are true then it procs Ludens.

As for the other subject.

Relic Shield and it's upgrades give you charges. Whenever you have a charge available you can share gold when you kill a minion under 2 conditions. You were the one to kill the minion. An ally is in range to receive the bonus gold.

Melee champions (MELEE CHAMPIONS) get a bonus passive that allows them to preform an execute on low health minions. Being in melee range of the minion means nothing. You have to be a melee champion for it to work. Similar to Titanic and Ravenous Hydra. If you're not melee the item doesn't work. That is how it is coded.

While Thresh is in melee range he preforms a different auto attack animation, but the attack is still coded as a ranged attack.

The damage from Thresh's E just makes it easier to last it. It does not trigger the execute.

Hope this clears things up.

Q is an amplified Auto. It won't proc spell effects.

Spell Shield Creates a magical barrier that blocks a single enemy ABILITY cast on Sivir.

Rising Spell Force Hitting a target with any of Ezreal's ABILITIES increases his Attack Speed ...

Mystic Shot Ezreal fires a damaging bolt of energy which reduces all of his cooldowns by 1.5 seconds if it strikes an enemy unit.

Deathfire Touch Your damaging ABILITIES cause enemy champions to take magic damage equal to ...

Those descriptions are taken from the League of Legends website itself; Ezreal's Q procs Rising Spells Force, so therefore it is an ability. It also get's blocked by Sivirs Spell Shield, which only blocks abilities (not auto attacks). Since Ezreals Q is definitely an ability... And since Deathfire Touch procs on abilities, why does the Q (which is an ability) not proc it?

Neither does Shaco's W.
