[Client]/[Game] 12/21/2014 Possible Problem

I have been receiving friend requests from "primoszek" twice. As soon as i instantly hit accept I get an automatic 3-4 line message which cannot be humanly possible to time to me adding him. I didn't accept the last time i got it, however, i remember it saying something along the lines of free LP and RP?... Not sure.

I checked him in summoner page. User has 0 exp. 0 games played. Level 1.

I also got one of those firewall bug errors. Il add a network log of the time.
