[GAMEPLAY] Soraka silence bug (E) - not working in some situations

Hi!

In last few games i've noticed a serious bug with Soraka silence (E). I get few times hooked by Blitz/Thresh or blinded my Teemo, while they have been standing in my silence (a video with an example in a link, i can also send it by e-mail if you gave me adress). Thing is serious cause it change gamestyle/safety in the lane playing Soraka A LOT.

In my opinion it is because SILENCE only 1st enemy (closest to the middle -> in a case added in a link, it was Jax). This Soraka skill still works properly in some situations, so i guess it might be the the thing i said in last sentence.

Please tell me i am wrong (explaining why i didnt work) or repair it! :)
