[GAMEPLAY] Qiyana's Q hitting opposite direction after getting an elemental (W)

So here's how to recreate it. Go into practice tool, spawn an enemy dummy and just do your usual qiyana combo. W E Q R W Q, and her Q just goes to the opposite direction! I have 60-70 ping, and this still happens every now and then. I'd say sometimes, it can be as bad as 60-40 success-fail ratio. Most of the time it's like 20% chance that itll happen. And this also happens on her ult as well. 90-10 success-error ratio. It just won't cast on where my mouse is at. I'm on quick cast. I've looked on youtube regarding her q bug and i found a few but it's 5 months ago. It's not as worst as that but you get the point. Her Q and sometimes her ult doesn't cast on where it should cast.
