All started today,i entered a normal game,and i couldn't move,couldn't click anything or press any button,nothing,i had the normal arrow on mouse from windows,not from league of legends,in client i had the same arrow,but i could talk to people,but in game nothing works,everyone moves normal,my ping and fps are the same,isn't a problem from network,plz help!
Had a player on my team have the same issue yesterday morning. He was forced to close down the game and reconnect. It worked after one attempt, but the idea that this could potentially be a common issue is worrying.
I have the same problem. I play on the Mac (Sierra). I mentioned that because this only happened after I updated my Mac to that.

I need more help and don't know what to do. The date is 28th Febuary 2018 and time is 11:31 PM. almost midnight. I hope this is fixed by riot or someone is able to help us out. I do hope Riot reads this and understands the problem of the movement of the cursor.
The only reason I know is that it is because I updated to Mac High Sierra.

Riot found that discord overlays were causing this problem in the past, so if you use discord, try turning off your overlays.
If you don't use discord, or disabling the overlays doesn't work, try running League of Legends in administrator mode. You can do this by closing the game, right-clicking on it's icon, and selecting the "Run as Administrator" option.
You should also be careful about using any other additional apps or modifications, as they can be prone to causing issues, and they're not something Riot supports. You can read more about Riot's stance regarding this here: Third Party Applications.
Im on windows and im having this issue, i dont have any third party add-ons, i havw gotten leavebuster 3times now 1 in a co-op vs ai battle and twice in a created customs game (allthough i was the only non Ai in game, i have deleted the game re installed, restrted my pc but nothing is working, changed to a diffrent mouse nothing is helping...how am i supposed to play a game if its completely broken and im getting punished for something i have no controll over?
